Now on third day of waiting for delivery after being advised it was due. No attempts made but shows online when tracked as having been attempted. Blatant lies.
Can't speak to customer service, recorded message says to use online chat and disconnects. Online chat tells me to allow more time for delivery and that I need to be in to be at home to receive it. Worse than useless. Unprofessional, unethical, dishonest organisation.
