Shopping Service ab MBR - by Jess-Alice I wanted to add another review for My Bespoke Room as I found their service fun, professional and very helpful. I ended up with a lovely set of designs and a nice-looking (for me) flat. However, this time I'd particularly like to highlight Jess-Alice's service. She provides you with shopping/delivery/returns help and service once you know what you want to get. Jess has been invaluable at getting deliveries at the right time, working out where things are, having some items collected for return and generally being very nice about it all. If you go with My Bespoke Room, I suggest you ask for Jess-Alice as your shopping support assistant (and Olivia as your designer!) It's been a great pleasure working with MBR and in particular my designer (Liv) and having Jess-Alice as my shopping support has been wonderful.
