I've really enjoyed working with MBR designers Rosie and Iveta to decorate my first home, which is a new build so devoid of any character or interesting features to use as a starting point! I really felt like the designers listened to my requirements, even when I wasn't sure of them myself and they showed great patience in working up multiple options for me to consider. The only area for improvement I could suggest is a greater understanding of costs for things like window dressings (I assume flooring is similar). Window dressings took each of our rooms considerably over budget, which was a shame because it left us with less money to spend on the beautiful furniture and accessories that the designers had picked out!
