The whole process has been fun and intuitive from filling out the brief to the online chats with designer Olivia and Shopper Remy. Liv felt like part of the family from the first call and was amazed at how similar our tastes were. She understood my requirements and has helped me put together a house that is functional with a 12 month old to care for but stylish and something to be excited to show off! Remy has been helpful and responsive and has organised everything so I just have to sit back and get excited for each piece of furniture that arrives. Would definitely recommend both of them
