I used My Bespoke Room for help in designing an open plan layout for kitchen/living/dining/utility. I already knew the sort of look I wanted but the most useful aspect for me was to talk through ideas to refine them and brainstorm with someone who knows about design, plus I am a terrible decision maker! Special shout out to Karine who was super, and had some great ideas that I have taken on board. You have to pay extra for home visits but all the fees are explained to you upfront. It was a really fun process too and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
