I loved the whole process from beginning to end. The original phone appointment was great in having all my questions answered and discussing my needs and preferences in detail. Carly, my designer, was very friendly and was able to suggest some alternatives before we decided on the final design. The communication was excellent; all my questions were answered promptly both by Carly and Laura. I love the flexibility of the whole process and the fact that all items suggested come with various alternatives to suit any budget. I will be definitely using My Bespoke Room in the future.
