As I live in the USA and our daughter is studying in London, we wanted to surprise her with a dairy-free birthday cake. I have to admit I was very hesitant and nervous to order online. The customer service rep, Mark was fantastic and reassured me in every which way he could, that the Cake would live up to my expectations. And it did... exactly how it was described and photographed in their online presentation of choice. Bravo, 'My Cake.' I highly recommend their services, and will absolutely use, 'My Cake,' again.
