Friendly and helpful costumer service. Maxine was outstanding, patient, and quick to help with a couple issues that arose during the buying process.
Shipping was fast, but the shipping box was very flimsy leaving it and the doll's box battered in transit.
Luckily, the doll was in perfect shape despite the rough journey, so I am overall quite happy with my experience and will definitely be a repeat customer.
