I ordered a batch of keyring blanks to sell with photographic images of local tourist attractions to my customers. Although several of the keyrings were unusable owing to scratches and fingermarks from the manufacturer, My-accessories.co.uk were very quick to send out replacements by first class post when they were made aware of the problem. They also recommended a different type of keyring blank that was more suited to my requirements for future orders.
