I ordered some pin badge blanks to see what they were like and whether I could assemble them without a specialist tool. Ordered on 18 September (day before the Queen's funeral) and despatched Royal Mail 1st Class on the Tuesday. On 23 Sep I contacted the seller as the tracking hadn't changed. We agreed to leave it longer to give RM a chance considering everything that's been going on. Into Oct and still no sign of it so I checked the tracking and it showed it had been delivered on 28 Sep (which it hadn't). Contacted seller again and they agreed to send a replacement out 1st Class. The replacement arrived lunchtime the following day! Although my experience has not been good Michelle from the seller did everything right from a customer service point of view, replying promptly to my emails, and can't be blamed for Royal Mail's problems. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again. The product turned out perfect for my needs as well. And to end this saga, RM finally delivered the original package today (6 Oct) with the tracking showing it has been delivered twice!
