I have found recently that some of your prices are ridiculously high. For example, charging £100 per side for the clips to hold a MK3 side skirt on when you can buy these for £3.50 from vehicleclips.co.uk is eye wateringly greedy.
I also never feel that my custom is never wanted when I phone up. Whoever answers the phone is not the happiest individual on the planet.
