Easy to deal with on the phone (tho can’t click on the phone number online to dial it!) and bought the guitar online straight after. Arrived within 24 hours. DPD we’re great.
Guitar was a bit dirty, hadn’t had a set up (action was way too low) and strings corroded. Obviously just lifted off the hanger and shipped.
New strings on £1000 guitar is not much to ask for…
