iPhone purchase The phone received was supposed to be “Very Good” but was dirty, very worn and scratched. All the buttons were scratched to the point of bare metal showing beneath and I saw no evidence of refurbishment. I do not believe the phone fitted the description of being in “Very good” condition and do not believe it was worth the money charged. Customer Services took line of “take it or leave it”, so whilst not (hopefully) out of pocket have the inconvenience of trying to get out (COVID-19 restrictions in place) and send the thing back. I have no phone to give as promised present. - Really poor service!
