Sent an immaculate condition Galaxy S6 WITH hard case and screen protector and foam padding.
Email received saying that the screen had been "lifted" and back was loose.. Yet the case is undamaged?! ..
Total scam artists. I am 100% convinced that they have damaged the phone in an attempt to lower their original bid of £150.
I have requested that the phone be returned so I can begin legal proceedings for the damage to the phone.
No wonder they have been investigated by Watchdog previously!
