A really bad company to deal with. Take the money up front. Who else does this? Then delay, delay on despatch. Always just a few days away now is the answer! 3 different stories from 3 different customer service advisors in just 30 minutes. Cancelled the order on last conversation. He advised he was reporting me for threats. Claims I said "if you charge me for postage, I will have you". What postage? They haven't, can't send anything. I'm in my 77th year. Done over 26 years as a QA manager and never seen such a totally incompetent business. Bring on the threat complaint. I've all the other reviews to show the court.
