A excellent piece of technology. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. Do not expect to use it once and the stiffness is gone. Little and often over a couple of days following the guidelines. The musclegun is part of the overall recovery process and does not replace regular stretching & some icing which should also be used. I have the Carbon musclegun.
