I purchased two items for my Sister’s 40th birthday, and they were dispatched quickly and beautifully presented. Unfortunately I’d ordered gold and not silver, but Muru exchanged them no questions asked and refunded the difference. Exceptional service, couldn’t have asked for better. Made a difficult time a little brighter too, as my sister is currently quite unwell and the gifts and quick and caring customer service brightened her day.
