Good speed of delivery. Bought 5 things and they are all quite small ( magnetic space rocket etc) and seems expensive for 3jar they are (silk daisy chain). They are Christmas gifts so I can't talk about quality yet but they look good. You have to pay for delivery under £75 which is a high amount to qualify for free postage. You also have to pay return postage. That put me off returning the items. Overall it's good but I'd think twice about buying from them again.
