Unfortunately mine was not a good experience with Mulberry Bush. My items were Christmas presents for my daughter and were lost in transit by the logistics company. When I contacted Mulberry Bush to advise, they said they would not send replacements or issue a refund until they had opened an investigation with the courier (which cannot be done for 5 working days from the date the items reported missing) and they had to complete the process in full before resending me new items or issuing a refund. I bought the items elsewhere and am still waiting to hear from the Mulberry Bush regarding my refund. Such a shame as I prefer to support smaller businesses, but on this occasion a larger retailer provided the goods without problems.
