They offered me significantly more than their rivals and I was happy not to go through the 'dance' of negotiating with some punter who felt they had to knock me down so they felt like they were getting a good deal. All in all quite a seamless experience as the driver who collected the car was very professional and knew what he was doing. The only part of the process that gets a bit 'clunky' is where the driver can't leave until the money has been transferred successfully. I could see problems with this in the future given the nature of the internet and the banking system. Most importantly however, I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
