Not a great customer experience. The website isn't very straight forward to place your vehicle live in order for the dealers to bid on. When I queried a couple of items with them, it almost felt the two customer service agents weren't interested in helping and both become disinterested & almost an arrogant attitude when trying to sell my vehicle.
In the end I consulted with the competitors and found a much more engaging customer service team who were receptive and achieved a top price for my car.
Therefore I can't recommend Motorway for the above reasons.
