could`nt be any more helpful until you`ve agreed the sale! then after they mess you around with pick-ups, fail to action emails, fail to return messages, fail to answer phones and when they do, put you on hold as soon as they realise they are out of their depth and they do not actually have a clue how to solve an issue. Claim that the different departments cannot actually talk to each other! Awful stressful drawn out experience. 100 % would never use again. Avoid.
