Great customer service (if slightly pushy). I had a "premium" car to sell, and after submitting photos, the lady on the phone reduced my price due (reasonably) to scratched alloys. The price was however over £500 more than I was offered as a trade-in. Within an hour, I'd had a call from the dealer who wanted the car, and he made an appointment to visit. After a quick inspection, he transferred the money to me, and then drove away.
It doesn't get much more painless than that!
