This is a great service. To have someone come to your home at a time that is convenient for you, and work with you 1:1, really take the time to get to know you, be there in person to adjust your positions, adapt exercises for you if needed (I have scoliosis) and at what seems to be a competitive price. My coach has even given nutrition advice too, and keeps in touch outside the sessions via whatsapp. I had been quoted higher for a fully online, less flexible service elsewhere so I am very glad to have found MotivatePT.
