I have had PT sessions with Helen for the last 5 months. I wanted to lose weight and generally become fitter. Helen’s friendly and supportive nature along with her positive attitude was clear from my initial consultation so knew from then I had been matched with a good PT. We discussed my goals and how she could help me. The sessions have really helped me to lose weight (I’ve lost almost a stone in 4 months), become fitter and built muscle so have reached my goals! Helen has been motivating throughout, often giving useful tips and advice on both exercise and diet. The latter including making healthier food choices, substituting for other things and providing a list of meal ideas/recipes. I would highly recommend Helen as a PT :-)
