I have had the pleasure of a mortgage broker named James Deakin. I can't say a bad word about him. He has worked the absolute hardest to get my partner and I the mortgage for our new house. He has been amazing at keeping great contact with me every step of the way. He has always been so polite and professional with all the paperwork. Always asking if we understood and helped if we didn't understand some of the more technical wording. He's helped us in house cover and life insurance. He's been my guardian angel through the purchase of the house. Even though he's completed his side of the mortgage, he checks in to see how the solicitors are working and helping me through the word jargon.
