We where referred to mortgage light because we where buying shared ownership and Urvi handled everything seamlessly, buying our first home the paperwork can feel overwhelming but Urvi took time to explain things so both my husband and I understood and also being that everything is by email and telephone being able to build rapport is difficult but she is really personable and pleasant to deal with and it has been a fabulous experience! We got our mortgage offer out so quickly now to get through the legal side which I hope runs just as smoothly
