We initially got off to a rocky start when half way through our process, our advisor left the team. Our case was passed over to Isla, who along with Becky worked really hard to continue our application. Our first application was declined, and stress levels really rose, but after a few days Isla had secured a new decision in principle and we started again. Due to some complexities with having moved jobs, having some self employment and some debt, I have to say the process did cause a lot of stress and anxiety, and we seemed to be sending additional paperwork and evidences on an almost daily basis. Isla remained calm however and she and Becky continued to do what they do behind the scenes. We got our mortgage approval last friday! Thanks so much to Isla and Becky for their hard work and patience whilst i had a nervous breakdown on them - we got the result we wanted with their help.
