When we made the call to Mortgage 1st and spoke to Mark, he reassured us that we were in good hands. We felt that all questions we had was answered. Once we agreed to a product that suited our needs Mark passed our case to Anne, and again we were kept up to date until till we received an email that our mortgage application was excepted. We never felt rushed in to doing anything we felt didn't suit us, and would happily recommend picking up the phone or emailing Mortgage 1st for support and advice on a product that would suit your needs.
