As a first time buyer in a worrying economic climate I was immediately put at ease talking to Sophie at mortgage first, She clearly explained my options what was likley to happen and how the process would work. All explanations of fees where immediately explained. Sophie and Amy where in continous communication through the whole application process and where amazing I genuinely don't think it would have been possible for me to navigate whilst juggling work and stress without their help and advice. I now have the keys to my first home with my wife and I can honestly say I would have felt the service we received was worth double what we paid, would highly recommend !
