Really happy with my transition to the Mooncup. The advice team were really helpful when I had queries about sizing before buying and then gave loads of advice with fitting when I was having problems. So much better than tampons as you can't feel it and don't have to worry as much.
It does take a bit of getting used to and initially is fiddly to get in/ out but stick with it and try the different folding techniques to find which works best for you.
I'm very active and it's worked brilliantly when mountain biking, hill walking and running.
