I wish I'd bought my Mooncup much earlier. It can be used for light and heavy days and all the time I'm using it I feel I'm doing a little bit for the environment by saving waste. I've bought some "period pants" to go with it but haven't had too much need for them. It took a little while to find the right 'fit' but I usually don't feel it at all, and definitely less than a tampon. If your thinking about trying this then go for it!!
