I had been searching for a particular item on various sites without luck. I rang MonsterPlumb late Friday afternoon and spoke with Chad. He informed me that this item was out of stock everywhere for some reason and apologised even though it wasn't his fault. 5 mins later he rang back to say he had been to the storeroom just to check and lo and behold he found a last one! Not only that but he said he would try to get it on overnight delivery if he could. It arrived at 9.45 the next day, Saturday. I was able to complete my job! I wanted to thank Chad personally for the effort he made and the time he took to help me. In a weird world at the moment this type of customer service is exceptional. So 'Thank you Chad!!' I would not hesitate to contact MP again, in fact they will be my first point of call.
