Very pleased with the item I ordered, and would use Monsterplumb again.
The only problem was with the courier APC. I was tracking my order until about 16.00 when it simply
disappeared from their website. I had no explanation or apology so was completely in the dark as to when to expect the delivery. I accept that the Easter weekend made for some delay, but an email to let me know what was happening would have been helpful (and polite)
