Do not under any circumstances use this company, it took over my debt and since that that time they have defaulted on payments over paid accounts yet still took their management fee. Please talk to your bank credit card company or a free government approved agency, in over 5yrs I have paid over £30000 for a debt much less but due to my mental health issues did not know what else to do, but I do now... financial ombudsman here I come
