Four and half months after signing, still some of our debts have not been accepted. I have sent all the correspondence relating to our debts, and simply receive a standard reply. This has cost us money, and has hammered our credit rating. We’re very unhappy with the service, or rather non service we are receiving
Following this I received a telephone call clarifying matters and all has now been resolved
