I tried to book insurance with a company called Leisure Guard through the MoneyMaxim website, as they seem to find the best deals. Leisure Guard’s website corrupted twice, just as I authorised payment. No confirmation emails but they still took my money, twice! Someone from Money Maxim phoned me and explained that the problem was with the Leisure Guard website. Money Maxim were very helpful and got me my refund. If it hadn’t been for the stress of being charged twice for nothing by Leisure Guard, my experience with Money Maxim would have been perfect.
