Jargon. Too much. Just need a simple table of what it covers and importantly what it doesn’t. I am not an insurance expert and I couldn’t work out if I was covered for 3rd party liability or not. I had to just buy the “full” insurance from the car hire website at more expense. Using unexplained abbreviations doesn’t help the layman…it feels more like it’s designed to rip off the layman
