I generally had a good experience with Money 4 My Tech and they paid quite quickly. My original offer (for my 2021 MacBook Pro) was however downgraded by a lot of money, as they said that my assessment of the laptop's condition (I stated it was in good condition) was not what their technician assessed, who graded it lower. Frankly, I disagree with their assessment, but as my time was short to complete the transaction, I made the reluctant decision to go ahead as I needed the money, so I can't grumble too much. My only word of caution is to be prepared that they might not pay what you'd like them to, or indeed what they originally quoted. This is I think the industry standard behaviour in selling second-hand tech these days though.
