This company tried to rip me off. An agreed value was given on line at over £100. Upon receiving my laptop they offered me £9.60 which I rejected and asked for my laptop back. After a week I was contacted asking what value I would find acceptable. After negotiations they gave me £62. The first offer was a joke and clearly a plan to fleece people.
