My experience of selling a used Samsung mobile phone went smoothly enough. It was a straightforward matter of packaging the item and using the pre-printed mailing label. They acknowledged receipt of the item the following day and managed the assessment the same day also. Unfortunately, an excuse was found to lower the price offered upon the pretext of it having undue scratches on the screen. I did not state the phone was in pristine condition and the price they initially quoted should have reflected this fact. I accepted the revised offer, but will not use the service again, however.
