The cross was smaller than I thought it would be so a bit disappointed. Years ago I bought one of your child necklaces at Fortnum & Masons which truly was amazing. For the amount I paid, I thought it would be more substantial. I was left wondering if you have downgraded your stock over the years?
That said, the sales assistant I spoke to by phone on the day of purchase was very helpful, the item arrived on time and it was in good condition.
