Rang up and spoke to Craig regards an item i saw on line and wanted a bit more info on product and delivery before ordering. He was great, answered all my queries and was able to order on the spot - just what i needed as I needed fast service.
The delivery guy however was another story! He couldn't find our road & roadworks caused a little diversion. He rang us and suggested we come over to where his vehicle was he would put the dishwasher in our car for us!!! Err..no, dont think so! He brought it to our house :)
