The boots are lovely, stylish and comfortable. However, the returns process is poor. I first ordered a size 7 but thought they were slightly big so then ordered a size 6 to compare. I kept the size 6. But as there are no free returns, I had to pay £12 to send the 7 back (as recommended by Moda in Pelle). It took over a week after the return being received to hear anything and even longer for the refund. I also lost the first purchase discount of 10% off as that was on the size 7 pair I ordered first. So knowing I’d have to pay to return, I wouldn’t order again.
