I cannot fault Moda in Pelle's customer service. The stitching on my new loafers unravelled after 1 week of wear. As the shoes were no longer in stock, Moda in Pelle refunded the repair cost very quickly and easily. However, I was less than satisfied with the quality of the shoes and hope this wont be my experience again.
