I ordered a pair of trainers online, very easy to do and they arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately they were too narrow so I returned them to the Manchester, where a refund was granted with absolutely no fuss. My only criticism would be the amount of time it took for the money to go back into my account. Around 10 days is poor
