I have been very pleased with the quality of trainers in the past but the ones I received this time I could not wear as the zip would not do up as was sewn too close to the edge and the chrome trim next to the heel was tarnished, but my main complaint was the problem was getting my money returned I was giving a return label which I used having EVEI collect them at my house on the 11th of November and I am still waiting to get my money apparently I am in a queue system and they only work 5 days a week today is the 21st of November and have been emailed I should receive it on the 27st
