Pros - great design. Cons - if shoes bought directly from Moda in Pelle; the customer pays for returns, we then wait 10 working days for a refund to be transferred to our bank accounts and finally the day the return is delivered is not always recorded but the day the return department registered the return is and the 10 days counted from then.
