I'm frequently tempted by the shoes, butbI have learnt to my cost that they do not suit my feet. I'm sure this is my problem, not theirs and unfortunately I seem unable to learn and keep ordering! I think that is because they sell nice shoes. The delivery, return and refund process seems to work well and I just wish the shoes fitted me.
