Still waiting for a refund for faulty shoes for over 3 weeks. Customer "care" is impossible to contact. You wait on the phone only to be told by a recording after 11 minutes that they can't answer your call and you are disconnected. If you try to contact them via live chat on their website it does not connect you to anyone.
